I absolutely loved the beautiful gardens at this hotel! They were filled with exotic plants and flowers, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were also well-decorated and maintained, making it a pleasure to spend time in. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with everything easily reachable and no troublesome stairs or long walks.
I would have liked to have more options for smaller meal choices in the evenings. The three-course meal was a bit much for me, and I would have preferred a simpler option.

No formalities, just the warmth and experience of a family that has been committed for years to making our vacation in Forio d'Ischia a real moment of well-being and pleasure. The entirely pedestrian area is perfect for discovering hidden caves, charming streets, and breathtaking views. The breakfast is a delightful treat, with the option to make your own fresh fruit juices. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The pools are well-maintained and offer a great atmosphere with stunning views. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough to everyone!
My children wanted more activities specifically designed for kids.

The owners are friendly, the bar service is good, and the home-cooked dinners are delightful. The spacious, well-decorated rooms have lovely balconies. I had the most amazing stay at a hotel on Ischia Island. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. One evening, when I was feeling tired and hungry after a long day of exploring, they surprised me with a delicious snack. It was just what I needed and made me feel even more at home. The hotel's thermal pools were also a highlight, providing a beautiful and relaxing setting for a swim. I can't wait to return and experience it all again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at this hotel. The natural thermal pools were amazing to swim in, and the gardens were incredibly beautiful. The breakfast included freshly squeezed carrot and orange/lemon juice, and the grey chocolate cake was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the island. We also enjoyed the convenience of easy parking.
The rooms were a bit small, but the outside areas were so lovely and spacious that it didn't matter much. while the location was great for exploring the island, the distance to the bus stop was a bit rough.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel by the sea. The gardens were beautiful and the location was convenient to the bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and relaxing in the pools. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view of the ocean from our balcony.
The fixed mealtimes can be a bit inconvenient for those arriving from a long journey and wanting a quick snack.

Wonderful thermal pools, beautiful garden, delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, homemade cakes, and Neapolitan coffee. Great location with views on the bay of Sorgeto and easy access to bus lines. Spacious room with luxurious, recently installed bathroom. Deserves four stars. :)

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, from the beautiful gardens to the three thermal pools. The location on the hill provided us with stunning views of the sea. The breakfast offered an impressive variety of options, including fresh fruits and homemade cakes. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel also had a parking area and we found transportation to be very easy.
No complaints.

The hotel had everything we needed for a fun-filled vacation with friends. The three swimming pools were perfect for chilling and having a blast. And the sea views from our balconies were breathtaking. The staff was super friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The location was also fantastic, close to Baia Sorgeto where we could experience the hot water in the ocean. We're definitely coming back next year!
The only thing we wished for was more nightlife options for young party animals like us. While the hotel was perfect for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful scenery, it would have been great to have some nearby clubs or bars for late-night fun.

The hotel had a beautiful garden and outdoor pools, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit juice and locally sourced fruits. The location of the hotel was convenient and allowed for easy access to public transportation.
The staff at the hotel was not very friendly and did not provide good customer service. The room we stayed in was lacking in amenities and was not clean.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration of the hotel, with its elegant whites and tones of blue that created a serene and calming atmosphere. The general areas, especially the beautifully landscaped gardens with their exotic plants and tropical flowers, were a pleasure to explore. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with well-maintained paths and ramps that made it easy for me to navigate around the grounds.
If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be to have more staff available to assist senior guests. While the children working at the hotel were friendly and helpful, a few more hands on deck would ensure that all the needs of senior visitors are promptly attended to.

Loved the location of this place! It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close to a beautiful beach with thermal springs. The peaceful atmosphere and serene surroundings were perfect for a relaxing Christmas getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even replacing our broken hair dryer late in the evening. , the three thermal pools were a real highlight, especially being able to swim in them while watching the sunset.
The "beach" nearby turned out to be a rocky cove with thermal springs, which was interesting to see but not suitable for regular swimming. the pillows in the hotel were quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
